Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Directly contact customers, mainly private companies, to approach and promote Intec products (Industrial Scale, Metal detector, Check Weigher, Sensor (Load cell)) - Monitor and update all issues affecting business performance (up/down/lost/win), including demand, competitor status, market trends, forecasts, orders, delivery, quotations, payment, and pricing - Confirm initial engineering points with customers - Conduct market research to identify potential customers in Thailand and visit them to approach and expand business for new project development - Provide visiting reports and monthly topic reports to the Manager and team on the same day - Communicate with distributors to find new opportunities, collaborate/support to build projects until completion, and update weekly/monthly status on project progress, pending issues, and action plans - Summarize and review business status, including sales plan numbers (twice a year), sales estimation and forecast (twice a month), and identify actions to achieve targets - Verify the root cause/reason for sales results (up/down) and keep updated reports on overall business status for the team - Conduct internal communication with Bangkok sales team (customer service, product coordinators) to update customer status and support all business-related issues - Communicate with Japan team (Sales, Business Unit, Product Managers, Application Engineering) to update R&D status, customer demands, sales plans, estimations, and pricing - Communicate with Factory (Production, Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, Legal) and discuss closely to meet customer requirements
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years experience in Sales especially new project development or Sales Engineer - Experience in machine and machine parts product (project sales) - Conversational high level of English (For internal and external communication) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - TOEIC score 600 is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Engineering field - Japanese communication skill
