Sales executive (English speaking) (35K-45K) (SDG-66212) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (พูดภาษาอังกฤษ) <Job Responsibilities> - Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results. - Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. - Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. - Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. - Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. - Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Maintains exiting customers and find the new customers. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-35 years old - Bachelor's degree in any related fields - At least 5 years experience of sales in automotive industry - Working experience in Japanese company - Good command of conversational high English (600 TOEIC) to communicate with HQ - Driving skills and have own vehicle - Good in Presentation skills - Proven track record of positive sales performance - Flexibility to work with different nationality - Can work under pressure and report quickly <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Management and leadership skills are required - Have ability to create efficient working operation Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–45,000THB About the company Products: a powerful and reliable partner to the automotive industry, specializes in lightweight solutions, e-mobility, sealing and shielding technology, tooling, and engineering services.
