Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Visit client sites with distributors or individually to propose our products (2–3 times per week).
- Visit client sites using a company car when necessary.
- Attend meetings with distributors to discuss sales strategy and planning.
- Attend events and exhibitions to promote products.
- Prepare documents such as quotations and invoices.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation and client engagement through to order processing and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at automotive and medical device client companies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address customer inquiries.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree.
- Daily conversation level of Japanese language(Around N3 up) for have a casual conversation with Japanese client and Japanese management team
- Conversational English proficiency for handling office paperwork.
- At least 3 years of sales experience with industrial products.
- Holder of a driving license and owning a car for sales activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Driving License.(Can use company car)

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- B2B sales experience.
