Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients in the paper industry - Handle the entire sales process, including order receipt, price negotiation, order confirmation, delivery coordination, and after-sales support - Coordinate closely with internal departments such as accounting, logistics, and suppliers to ensure smooth transaction flow - Prepare sales documents such as quotations, sales orders, and delivery-related paperwork - Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery in line with client requirements - Conduct client visits when necessary (approx. once per month) to maintain relationships and support business continuity - Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales updates to management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields - At least 2 years experience in B2B sales in Trading company - Conversational High English level ( To communicate with foreign customers via phone, email, and documents ) - Willingness to visit clients with Sales team (Company car provided with driver) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong coordination and communication skills <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience working with or supporting Japanese companies is an advantage - Knowledge or experience in Import/Export tasks - Knowledge or experience in LC(Letter of Credit)
