Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Directly contact to customers, mainly for government/ state enterprise/ private company
- Approach customers for the Smart City products
- Monitoring and updating all issues which will affect the business up/ down/ lost/ win, such as demand, competitor status, market, forecast, order, delivery, quotation, payment, price issues, etc 
- Market research for potential customers in Thailand and visiting to find the government/ infrastructure projects, and understanding the TOR (Terms of Reference) requirement
- Visiting customers to approach and expand more business, new project development and provide a visiting report and monthly topics to the Manager and team on the same day
- Communicate with Partners to find any new opportunities and collaborate /support to build the projects until completion 
- Update weekly and monthly status such as the project's progress, pending issues, action plan, etc.
- Summarising and reviewing business status, such as the number of sales plans (twice a year), sales estimation, forecast (twice a month), then finding the action to achieve the target, verifying the root cause/reason of the sales result (up/down), keep update /reporting overall business  status to the team
- Internal communication for the Bangkok sales team, the Japan team, and the factory

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 3 years of sales engineering experience
- Experience in the smart city solution project with government and infrastructure projects.
- Conversational high level of English  (For internal and external communication)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- TOEIC score 600 is an advantage 
- Japanese communication is an advantage
