Job Description
<Job Objective/Expectation> To provide effective Sales and to manage, grow, and achieve profits for the company while maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating closely with internal teams and suppliers <Job Responsibilities> - To manage and grow existing customers to achieve sales and profit objectives - To maintain and develop good support with customers in person, by phone, and by email - To visit customers regularly to build a good relationship - To support quotation requests from customers - To address and coordinate all customers' inquiries - To check the latest market, customer production, and demand trend - To plan the quantity to issue an order to Semiconductor makers - To Account management on quality issues, product change, end of life, new projects, or agreements - To share customer information with Head Quarters, Singapore, Hong Kong members (Marketing Team) - To stock level management to avoid aging stock or deadstock - To system update for every new part and price change - To update the exchange rate every month - To improve overall business flow for each customer - To handle Accounting Receivable Discrepancies - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field - At least 2 years of experience as a Salesperson or Sales Engineer with Electronic or semiconductor knowledge - Experience in sales documentation, market trend, demand trend, and customer production - Experience in updating exchange rates and handling basic Accounts Receivable discrepancies - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with Singapore Report Line and Foreign customers, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Presentation <In details> - Able to work independently and be a good team player - Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - High responsibility <Preferable skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in working with Foreign customers and the team
