Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate with the production team and suppliers to ensure the production process runs smoothly. - Calculate cost and pricing to prepare quotations. - Gather requirements from customers and plan materials and costs, including documentation, through to the completion of production and delivery to clients. - Manage the development of new products from concept to sales. - Visit suppliers and customers to maintain good relationships and support/increase sales. - Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines. - Negotiate with customers and suppliers. - Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any field - At least 5 years of experience in a Sales position in the Rubber Fabric Business / Automotive Fabric field. - Conversational high in English (Communicate with client, e-mail, and document.) - Proficient in MS. Office, particularly Excel(Pivot, Vlookup) - Driving license (Company cars provided) <Details> - Multi-tasking with well-organized and able to work with complicated details and systems. - Familiar with Japanese culture <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can start working immediately
