Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Achieve sales budget based on assigned accounts - Develop and execute sales strategies to grow OEM accounts and increase market share - Identify and approach potential OEM clients to promote product offerings - Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key OEM customers - Understand technical requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients - Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure customer needs are met - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management - Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company - Handle customer complaints or concerns in coordination with relevant departments - Track competitor activities and recommend improvements or innovations to maintain a competitive edge
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years as Sales from Automotive parts or OEM sales - Have own car and Driver license. - Conversation High level in English (To comunicate with specific customers and internal communication) <In details> - Good as Ms.Office ,Ms.Word/Powerpoint etc. - Able to travel up-country and overseas by own. - Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; Strategic thinking and business development; Problem-solving and coordination abilities - Good communication and negotiation skill - Can work under high pressure. - Hard Skills: Sales forecasting and reporting; Contract negotiation <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Technical understanding of products (metal powder);
