Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Communicate with OEM customers regarding delivery schedules, pricing, and product proposal activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and quotations to customers.
- Maintain, create, and develop sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Monitor projects, provide feedback, and develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
- Research market trends to understand competitors’ products and market positioning.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports for management.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 3 years' experience as a Sales Executive (Seling to Automotive manufacturer)
- Handle Project industrial product (Automotive part, Electronic part)
- Conversation High level in English (To speak with Japanese Head of Department and do report)
- Skill in Excel and Power Point.
- Able to forecast the sales (Pipeline management)
- Able to drive a company's car and have a Driving license (Use for business purposes)
- Willingness to travel to customers’ sites or overseas.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet).

<Personality>
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn independently.
- Strong decision-making skills with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of the OEM automotive field is preferable.
- Visit client in oversea experiences
