Work Outline: Indoor Sales = Visit and promote ocean freight business and 80% maintain clients and 20% develop new clients (Bangkok, Chonburi, and Rayong)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize team sales of responsible services
Dealing with internal business group and relevant oversea agents/coordinating the pricing, issuing quotation
Assisting sales campaigns and events as well as sales promotion
Occasionally attending joint sales visits with other sales professionals
Responding and following up sales inquiries from internal/external clients and seeking for new chances to secure the business
Trouble shooting to assist customer
Establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customer segments
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 24-35 years old
Bachelor degree of higher in BA, Logistics or others related
1 – 3 years’ experience in Sales or sales support from Freight Forwarding / Shipping industry
Good command of English
Strong analytical skill and negotiation skills, target-oriented as well as customer service oriented, hardworking and mature
Good communication and presentation skills
Preferable Skill / Experience
Having sales experience would be a big advantage
Willing to be sales for having sales support experiences
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Queen Sirikit
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
