Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities (Existing: New Customer Ratio = 60:40). - Visit customers regularly through face-to-face meetings and online channels (currently 60% onsite, 40% online). - Conduct customer visits 3–4 times per week using a company vehicle with a driver. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels. - Handle pricing discussions and negotiate commercial terms with customers. - Act as the primary contact point for technical inquiries and customer issues, coordinating closely with the technical team to provide solutions. - Work closely with the Sales Support team regarding quotations, order processing, and inventory management. - Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of working experience in Sales in a trading or manufacturing company, handling Manufacturing clients - Conversational high of English (to communicate with overseas customers, such as German, via online meeting and email) - Able to visit client 3-4 times a week by company car with driver in the Bangkok area, Prachinburi, Ayutthaya, and Chonburi. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational High of Japanese
