Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Accompany the Managing Director (MD) on business development activities and conduct new client acquisition targeting Thai business owners. - Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, primarily in the Bangkok area. - Identify and develop new business opportunities while providing ongoing support to the MD. - Once familiar with the business, create and manage prospect lists and conduct independent lead generation activities. - Conduct sales activities and customer communication in Thai, while using Japanese for internal communication and reporting. - Attend meetings and visit clients regularly to understand their business needs and discuss suitable solutions. - Assess customer requirements and prepare proposals, including recommendations on service packages, pricing, and discounts. - Handle negotiations, close sales deals, and send contracts to customers for execution. - Prepare sales reports and update customer information as required. - Other tasks as assigned *Primary work area: Bangkok. *Driving is not required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Fresh graduates and study abroad experience in Japan - Conversational high level of Japanese (For communication with Japanese, JLPT N3 or equivalent and above)) - Interest in sales and business development <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Business level of Japanese - Part-time work experience in Japan
