Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking) (40K-60K) (SDG-25643) <Job Responsibilities> Taking responsibility for consulting sales of Real Estate Agent Service to clients with several other services including insurance services. Maintain and develop new business/clients by visiting customer to explain the products (Visiting by your own car) Coordination and negotiation with house/rental owner Provides terms & conditions to the client and get confirmation of the quotation Coordinate with other member (Into Vendor coordination) Introduce other our services to customer Other tasks assign by Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, 28-38 years Bachelor degree Japanese - Business level - License Holder of N2 (If not, you should have experience of staying in Japan) License Holder of Life or Non-Life insurance (You have to hold both of license within 90 days after joining) English - Advanced conversation level (Internal communication) Have willingness to work as sales for any wide products Have own car <Preferable Skill / Experience> Working experience as Insurance broker or in Insurance company Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: Business level Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–60,000THB About the company Products: Life & Non-Life Insurance Broker, Real Estate Agent Service, Human Development Training Service, Taxation Support Service, Travelling Support Service, Gift Card Service of Clean Vegetable Business Type: Insurance (Life Insurance / General Insurance);
