Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Approach prospective customers across various industries, primarily the automotive parts sector, to expand business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and pain points, and propose tailored software solutions.
- Communicate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive sales materials, including Quotations, Invoices, and Contracts.
- Follow up on customer payments and manage the order-to-cash cycle.
- Handle customer inquiries, technical questions, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Manage and achieve individual sales targets and division goals.
- Report on business negotiation activities and pipeline progress using the organization's designated platform.
- Prepare sales action plans and develop accurate sales forecasts.
- Coordinate and support marketing activities such as Seminars and Webinars.

<Clients Details>
Clients: Existing 50%: New 50%
Location: Domestic 1-2 Times/Week (BKK, Chonburi, Rayong, and Korat), Overseas(South East Asia)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales within the industrial business sector.
- Conversational High-level of English (Internal, Clients, Verbal, Email, documents, Report)
- Conversational High-level of Japanese (Clients, Report Line, Verbal, Email, documents, Report)
- Willingness to travel to industrial areas such as Chonburi, Rayong, and Korat, including occasional overnight business trips (company car provided with driver)

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience as a B2B sales in IT Solutions, Software industry
- Experience in selling to Japanese companies is a plus.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
