Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- To build meaningful relationships with customers and to ensure customer satisfaction
- To manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- To drive new business opportunities in EAM and other business solution areas
- To work with business leaders to understand challenges and develop customized solutions
- To apply Solution Selling, Propositional Selling, and Value Selling approaches 
- To prepare professional bids, proposals, quotations, and RFP responses that stand out
- To coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation
- To achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
- At least 5 years of Experience as a Sales IT Solution from an IT Consultant Company
- Experience in IT solutions such as EAM, ERP, SCRM, CRM, ITSM, or related platforms
- Experience in Solution Selling, Propositional Selling, and Value Selling methodologies
- Experience in documentation such as bidding, proposals, and quotations
- Conversational High in English (Use for presentation, email, report, and documents)
- Able to visit and perform at the customer site

- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and focused on achieving client success
- Understanding of professional service sales in IT consulting or service provider businesses

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Experience in Analytics or Data Science 
- Holding an ITIL certification
