Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Sales and Profit Management Generate sales and gross profit by managing existing customers and finding new business opportunities. 2. Customer Visits and Relationship Building Visit customers regularly and build good long-term relationships with them. 3. Existing Item Follow-up Follow current items based on customer requirements, such as order status, delivery schedule, product needs, and other requests. 4. New Item Proposal Propose new items to existing customers and group companies to expand business opportunities. 5. Customer Account Management Handle around 20–30 customers, mainly in Chonburi, Rayong, and Chachoengsao areas. 6. Existing and New Sales Activities Manage both existing and new sales activities. Existing customers account for around 80–90%, and new customers account for around 10–20%. 7. Daily Visit Report Prepare daily reports after customer visits and share customer information with the internal team. 8. Weekly Sales Meeting Join weekly meetings and report sales activity progress to the team. 9. Monthly Sales Forecast Prepare monthly sales forecasts and update expected sales and profit figures. 10. Internal Communication Communicate with internal members, including Thai and Japanese staff, to support customer needs. 11. Outside Sales Activity Go outside for sales visits around 5–15 days per month, with an average of around 10 days per month. 12. Any other tasks assigned by Japanese MD <Remark> The visit areas and ratios are as follows: Chonburi: 40% Bangkok: 25% Samut Prakan: 15% Samut Sakhon: 10% Others: 10% *Including visits to Rayong, Ayutthaya, etc. Warehouse location: Lat Krabang
