<Job responsibilities>
- Explore the opportunity to expand business from the assigned customer account.
- Proactively find new target customers and acquire new business.
- Maintain and develop business relationship with new/existing customers.
- Conduct regular (weekly) customer visits and present to group company overall business.
- Do Sales activities both Air and Sea Freight, as well as related services products concerned, e.g., customs brokerage, warehouse, cross border, transportation, etc.
- Prepare, handle and submit quotation, rate, inquiries, tender, RFQ, RFI and special projects.
- Conduct internal weekly/monthly meetings for instruction new acquired business to the Operation Team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report, opportunity pipeline report, weekly planning report, Sales visit report, quotation issuance and Other related reports.
- Follow up with customer and oversea inquiry(ies), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and Other requirements.
- Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
- Monitor cargo movement and give advice to Operation Team for smooth cargo handling.
- Support / Back up customer service or work operational process as per assignment by Manager.
- Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by Manager’s Assignment.
