Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Developing and implementing sales strategies and overseeing sales operations. - Managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure effective strategy execution aligned with company objectives. - Prospecting for new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers. - Advising customers on company services to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. - Identifying and targeting potential customers to generate new business opportunities. - Analyzing market conditions and competitor activities to advise customers on cost-saving solutions. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. - Understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate products or services. - Conducting product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers. - Preparing and delivering persuasive sales pitches and proposals. - Communicating product updates and advising customers on new offerings. - Negotiating terms, conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements with customers. - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. - Closing sales deals in accordance with team targets and company conditions. - Independently resolving internal problems or issues. - Resolving customer problems by providing optimal solutions.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of experience in sales/marketing in Freight Forwarding (FWD) or management in international forwarding business. - Conversational High level in English for communication with Japanese Manager and customers - Have own car and driving car license <Detail> - Having communication and computer skills. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Can start working immediately
