<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct field sales and promote the company’s services, which include 1. Customs brokerage 25% 2. Freight forwarding 50% (Air & Ocean 70% + Road 30%) 3. Warehouse 25% - Identify, approach, and convert new business prospects. - Present detailed, tailored introductions to prospects promoting the company. - Maintain relationships with clients - Ensure repeat sales and foster long-term partnerships. - Hands-on experience with pricing and quotations. - Communicate and respond to commercial inquiries from prospects and customers. - Prepare and submit Monthly and Weekly reports. - Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in any field - At least 3 years of work experience as a Sales Executive in the Freight Forwarding industry (Air, Ocean, Road). - Comprehensive knowledge and experience in freight forwarding, Air, Ocean, Road, customs brokerage, logistics, distribution, and documentation. - Conversational High in English for communicating with the Italian Director and Customers - Own a car and a driver’s license - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (Mainly domestic travel) <Details> - Dynamic and ambitious, with the initiative to think outside of the box. - Ability to self-manage, control multiple accounts, and sometimes work under pressure. - Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a proven track record and - Ability to convert a sale. - Excellent presentation skills, both one-on-one and to an audience. - Ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels, both internal and external. - Service-oriented mindset, enthusiastic, and positive can-do attitude. - Team mindset, open to learning, - Cooperative in a team environment across multiple internal departments. <Preferable> - Experience in finding new clients by yourself - Hands-on experience with pricing and quotations. - Can start working immediately
