Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Maintain existing customer base and explore new business opportunities to drive growth and increase sales - Develop sales plans and build strong relationships with business partners - Prepare necessary documents and information for sales proposals, and deliver effective product presentations - Handle sales-related documentation and order management processes, such as quotations, PO/CO, payments, etc. - Review and verify accuracy and completeness of orders and related documents, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders involved in the sales process - Monitor daily shipment and delivery status - Participate in on-site audits with customers - Be available to work via phone on Saturdays (not the entire day)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fields - At least 2 years of experience in sales in Food Ingredients or Sugar or FMCG industry (trading company only) - Conversational middle level in English (Use for document, email and communicate with Japanese Management sometimes) - Strong sales instinct and understanding, with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills - Capable of handling and resolving problems effectively - Able to visit Factory and client (Company car and driver provided) - Flexible to support urgent matters on Saturdays (by phone/line) - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) <Personality> - Detail-oriented and accurate - Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently - Responsible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
