Job Description

 
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsibility for finding new clients 80% and maintaining existing clients 20% in the domestic industrial sector 
- Conduct market research to understand specific client needs and industry trends.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions from the company's products and services, including technical consultation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to support clients effectively.
- Manage and grow a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Attend local trade shows, business networking events, or customer visits as required.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities, maintain and prepare regular marketing analysis, sales reports, and customer information for internal management review.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, International Business, Engineering, or related fields
-  At least 3 years of B2B sales or Business development experience in machinery or machine parts for the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Conversational, High level of English. [To use with overseas clients and Japanese managers via Face to Face, email, and documents]
- Able to work based in the Pinthong branch for the first 3 years 
- Able to visit client at Central Region, Chonburi, and Lamphun (Depending on the client) by company car with driver 
- Good command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to read a drawing (AutoCAD)
- Technical background or understanding of industrial products
- Experience in plastic injection in electronics, automotive
- Have working experience in a Japanese company.
