Responsible for the overall business development of Digital / Action or Adventure camera in Thailand
by working closely with distributors.
(Detail)
Manages distributors well to secure and grow the business with key dealer accounts.
Familiar with distribution channels in all markets.
Visits dealers regularly to understand the products’ business situation.
Builds positive business relationships with key dealers by providing sales and marketing support with the distributors.
Equips with business plans to advise and help dealers expand market share.
Ensures prompt follow through on projects so as to meet sales target.
Plays a proactive role to carry out market research and competitor analysis.
Analyze and submit Purchase, Sales, Inventory (PSI) monthly report from distributors to Singapore office and other reports required.
Expedites progress of projects, sales, marketing and promotional activities.
Analyses results from each project – identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
Makes sales forecast for product and submit monthly reports to Singapore headquarter and Japan headquarters.
Involve in discussions with Singapore team on business plans.
Any other ad-hoc tasks from Local MD and Singapore HOD.
Desired skills & experiences:

Thai Nationality, Male/Female ,Age 28 - 39
Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or related fields.
At least 5 - 8 years of Sales and Marketing experience in Digital / Action or Adventure Camera products
Relevant industry experience in Digital / Action or Adventure Camera products.
Good experience in distributor management.
Familiar with planning and execution of sales and marketing programs by working with distributors.
PC Skill: Excel ( Data processing and analysis ), Power point
Excellent command of English

Knowledge of Japanese culture will be advantageous..

Working Hour:9:00 – 18:00 (Monday - Friday)

Salary: 35,000THB – 55,000THB
