Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Search new potential clients and list up them with market research
- Visit new customers and introduce products and hear customer requests
- Organize the communication between Chinese supplier & Thai customers
- Make proposal materials and have a presentation for clients
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
- Check the schedule and manage Import, inventory, processing and delivery.
- Issue Quotation, Invoice and some other sales documents
- Visit to clients and follow up them such as trouble shooting for the products
- Create Sales Report and provide feedback to manager and Chinese supplier
- Other tasks as assigned by manager or Chinese supplier
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business or related fields.
- At least 1 year experience as Sales Executive or Sales Support from trading company (industrial products)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Conversation High level in English, both verbal and written (use for communication with Japanese management and internal)
- Conversatoin High level in Chinese, HSK 4+ (use for communication with Chinese supplier, clients and Company China branch)
- Own car and driving license (The company offers two options: sometimes using a company car, sometimes using a personal car.)
- Have knowledge in Import and domestic sales process
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience to research new company and analyze market situation by yourself
- Sales experience of Industrial Machine, Machinery parts, Measurement Parts etc.

- Person who is very active and challenging spirit
- Person who can work long term (Must worked more than 3 years in each company
