Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify and approach potential new clients through market research, networking, and regular client visits to expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients through visits, calls, and responsive customer support.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, preparing quotations, negotiating prices, handling orders, coordinating delivery, and following up on payments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promptly address customer inquiries, complaints, and quality issues, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and support product presentations, actively seeking new leads and business partners.
- Accompany the Japanese manager on client site visits and assist with interpretation or coordination as required.
- Conduct frequent domestic travel to client sites in Bangkok and surrounding provinces (e.g., Chonburi, Rayong) to meet prospects and customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and provide insights to support business growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales in any industry
- Conversational middle level of English (Internal, mainly with documentation, email, and verbal)
- Conversational high level of Chinese with at least HSK4 (External, mainly with clients)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to commute to client site for business trip (Overnight & one-day visit)
- Able to drive a car and hold a driving license (company car provided)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in selling aluminium, copper, or non-steel material 
- Experience in the Automotive or Electrical parts industry
- Experience in a Japanese company
