Sales Executive Assistant Manager (Warehouse & Distribution Services – 3PL) (50K–80K) (SDG-108472) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (บริการคลังสินค้าและกระจายสินค้า – 3PL) <Job responsibilities> • Responsible for Sales activities including pipelines, revenue and P&L • Proposal creation and presentation to all clients in Thailand • Main person responsible on RFQ bidding calculation and analysis information/data when received the RFQ from customer • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the solutions design process through participating in process review meeting and pro-actively offering suggestions on operation process or operating tools • Evaluate technical solutions, commercial impact and risks <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> • รับผิดชอบกิจกรรมการขาย รวมถึงไปป์ไลน์ รายได้ และกำไรและขาดทุน • การสร้างข้อเสนอและการนำเสนอให้กับลูกค้าทุกคนในประเทศไทย • บุคคลหลักที่รับผิดชอบในการคำนวณการเสนอราคา RFQ และข้อมูล/ข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์เมื่อได้รับ RFQ จากลูกค้า • มีส่วนร่วมในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการออกแบบโซลูชั่นอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยเข้าร่วมการประชุมทบทวนกระบวนการและเสนอข้อเสนอแนะเชิงรุกเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานหรือเครื่องมือปฏิบัติการ • ประเมินวิธีแก้ปัญหาทางเทคนิค ผลกระทบเชิงพาณิชย์ และความเสี่ยง
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 38 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field. - More than 5 years’ experience in sales hunting & business development function. - More than 5 years’ experiences in logistics and supply chain, related consulting in warehouse & transportation industry. - Good command of English, both written and spoken [use in communication with customers and overseas presentation] - Basic commercials understanding of logistics contracts - Sales skills with an ability in presentation by English language - Chinese or Japanese speaking will be an advantage - Strong skill of MS office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint - Based in Ploenchit office - Bangkok <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Chinese or Japanese speaking will be an advantage Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit Working Hour: 8:30-18:00(Mon-Fri [WIO]) About the Benefits 50,000–80,000THB About the company Product & Service: Warehouse & Distribution Services – 3PL Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing; <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 38 - 45 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปีในด้านการขายและพัฒนาธุรกิจ - มีประสบการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์และห่วงโซ่อุปทานมากกว่า 5 ปี รวมถึงการให้คำปรึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้องในอุตสาหกรรมคลังสินค้าและการขนส่ง - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งเขียนและพูด [ใช้ในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและการนำเสนอในต่างประเทศ] - ความเข้าใจเชิงพาณิชย์ขั้นพื้นฐานของสัญญาโลจิสติกส์ - ทักษะการขายพร้อมความสามารถในการนำเสนอด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ - หากพูดภาษาจีนหรือญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - มีทักษะด้าน MS office โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint เป็นอย่างดี - ประจำอยู่ที่สำนักงานเพลินจิต - กรุงเทพฯ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - หากสามารถพูดภาษาจีนหรือญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS เพลินจิต เวลาทำการ: 8:30-18:00 น.
