Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
* New client 80-90 %, * Existing clients 10-20%
- Expand logistics business domestically and internationally through effective sales strategies
- Identify and acquire new clients in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Supply Chain sectors
- Provide customized logistics solutions, Air Freight, Cross-border Logistics, and Project Cargo
- Achieve sales targets with an 80-90% hunter role focus
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Negotiate pricing and service terms with transport providers
- Collaborate with global teams to develop new business opportunities
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Visit client 2-3 days a week (Company provided car with driver)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 10 years of experience in the logistics industry, particularly in Air Freight Forwarding
- Conversation High level in English, (To communicate with Internal sector and clients(both domestic and oversea)
- Experience in Hunting new customers 
- Strong business development and hunting skills; ability to close high-value deals
- Have experience in bidding, quotation analysis, and pricing strategy
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of international trade compliance and customs regulations
