Sales Executive (35K–45K) (SDG-97612) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย <Job Responsibilities> - Responsible to achieve sales target. - Hunt new customers from own acquisition, exhibition or in responsible area or internet. - Demonstrate the usability products to customers. - Collect information from customers to prepare quotation follow customer required details - Prepare documents for negotiate and close deals with customers. - Coordinate with production dept. about produce and delivery schedule. - Informed delivery schedule to customer and coordinate with concerned dept. for delivery on-time - Gather feedback and follow improvement for informed to customers. - Maintain and build up good relationship with potential and existing customers. - Prepare weekly report of meeting customers. - Prepare sales forecast monthly for maintain sales target. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - รับผิดชอบยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย - ค้นหาลูกค้าใหม่จากการได้มา งานจัดแสดง หรือในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบหรืออินเทอร์เน็ต - สาธิตผลิตภัณฑ์การใช้งานให้กับลูกค้า - รวบรวมข้อมูลจากลูกค้าเพื่อจัดทำใบเสนอราคาตามรายละเอียดที่ลูกค้าต้องการ - จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการเจรจาและปิดข้อตกลงกับลูกค้า - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต เกี่ยวกับกำหนดการผลิตและการส่งมอบ - แจ้งกำหนดการส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้าและประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อการส่งมอบตรงเวลา - รวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะและติดตามการปรับปรุงเพื่อแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบ - รักษาและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพและลูกค้าปัจจุบัน - จัดทำรายงานการเข้าพบลูกค้าประจำสัปดาห์ - จัดทำประมาณการยอดขายทุกเดือนเพื่อรักษาเป้าหมายการขาย
Job Requirement
