Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Achieve annual sales revenue targets across all product lines (e.g. FMS (Fleet Management System), Linkeeth (Vehicle and driving data management systems/services using dash cameras and digital technology), ALC (IoT-based security products/system)). - Promote and sell GPS devices and related services to increase device adoption and subscriber growth. - Acquire new fleet and B2B customers in line with monthly and annual targets. - Manage sales leads effectively. - Maintain existing customer relationships and reduce customer churn. - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and post-sales support. - Accurately record sales activities, customer information, and follow-ups in the CRM system. - Work collaboratively with team members, provide support, and substitute roles when required. - Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment. - Other tasks will be assigned by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales. - Experience in IT/IoT products, Electronic Devices, Machines, or Machine parts - Conversational high in English for email and documents to communicate with customers <Details> - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools. - Clear understanding of team goals and individual responsibilities. - Good time management and ability to work under pressure. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Understanding of IoT, GPS, AI, or 5G products is a plus. - Have a valid driver's license and own car (willing to travel to meet customers in Bangkok and the surrounding area)
