Duties & Responsibilities

To keep good relationship with clients and seek for new clients to expand the business
(Details)
Meeting and present the product to client in Bangkok and up Country
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails or visit.
Able to searching new customer to meet the target
Expanding customer base and market growth opportunities
Prepare the proposal, quotation, contract and all paper work.
Follow up the process from start Project until complete.
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male or Female, Thai Nationality, 24 – 35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales or Marketing Field
Pleasant personality, active, powerful, keen for achievement, service minded, good interpersonal, and negotiating skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Results oriented and ability work under pressure
Computer Literacy
Have a Own car

Experience as an sales in a construction company
Japanese Skill(N1～N3)
Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversation to Business Level
Japanese: Not required but will be an advantage
Workplace Area: Srinakarindr Road, Bangkok
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 8.00-17.00
