Duties & Responsibilities:
•In charge of customer service, including introducing customer to property
•Coordinate with customers and the property owners regarding price and condition negotiation
•Assist Japanese customers with properties search and information
•Onsite consulting at the properties
•Visit clients for business development
•Contact the existing clients to maintain the business partnership
•Carry out routine tasks accurately and follow strict methodologies to carry out analyses
•Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
Thai nationality, Female ONLY, Age 23 – 27
Bachelor's degree in any related fields
Japanese language skill
Fresh graduates are welcome
PREFER
Work experience in Real Estate/Agent
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Languages skills:
Japanese: Advanced Conversation - Business Level, JLPT N3 – N1
Workplace Area:Lumpini
Working Hour:Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18.00 (Sat or Sun according to shifts)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000-35,000 THB/Month
