Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients through regular visits, calls, and responsive customer support to understand and meet their needs. - Manage the full sales process, including price estimation, order handling, quotation preparation, delivery coordination, and payment collection. - Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment in coordination with relevant departments. - Coordinate with internal teams to respond to customer complaints and quality issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. - Support product presentations at exhibitions and accompany the Japanese manager on client site visits when needed. - Conduct domestic travel to customer sites in Bangkok and surrounding provinces (e.g., Chonburi, Rayong) approximately 3–4 times per week. - Prepare sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets to support strategic planning and business growth. - Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales in the Trading industry - Experience in handling the Automotive or Electrical parts industry - Conversational middle level of English (Internal, mainly with documentation, email, and verbal) - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Able to commute to client site for business trip (Overnight & one-day visit) - Able to drive a car and hold a driving license (company car provided) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in selling aluminium, copper, or non-steel material - Experience in the Automotive or Electrical parts industry - Experience in a Japanese company
