<Job responsibilities>
- Collaborate in formulating business strategies for the company, focusing on both maintaining existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand the market includes engaging with clients across government sectors, private enterprises, the general public, and other relevant organizations.
- Supervise and manage the sales performance of the team to ensure targets are met in alignment with company goals.
- Gather and analyze customer data to develop strategic plans and improve business development initiatives.
- Conduct training and development for team members, enhance work processes, and motivate the team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Drive business growth by identifying innovative solutions and seeking potential business opportunities across all channels to develop effective sales strategies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Master’s degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Genetics, Immunology, Biology, Microbiology, Science, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in team management or leadership roles.
- Conversation high in English, especially in speaking and writing.
- Strong understanding and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or as a Product Specialist in the scientific/medical instrument industry, medical-related businesses, and/or medical laboratory sectors.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to evaluate market opportunities, generate sales potential, and propose innovative process improvements.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, have access to a personal vehicle for work purposes, and be willing to travel for work both within Bangkok and upcountry.
