Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support the Sales Director and handle email and phone communication with Japanese clients appointment setting visit schedule management and internal coordination - Use Japanese and support communication with Japanese clients and Japanese staff Check client inquiries and share them with the Sales Director and related departments - Support making and checking quotations order documents sales materials client information and sales progress reports so that sales activities can go smoothly - Join client visits with sales members and learn product knowledge about electronic parts FA related products and factory equipment business flow and how to ask client needs - For the first 6 months to 1 year work as a Sales Assistant and learn basic sales work such as existing client support delivery date check internal coordination and coordination with the CS team - In the future work as a Sales staff and handle regular visits to existing clients hearing client issues proposing new products from makers quotation support business discussion and new client development
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Japanese skill around N2 or N3 level (Mainly for conversation with Japanese Sales Director) - Having experience as a working adult for over 1 year <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having experience as Sales adult for over 1 year
