Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinating price checks to be used as reference data for preparing quotations
- Liaising with the sales team to schedule client meetings and present appropriate solutions
- Collaborating with the sales team to revise quotations in line with customer requirements
- Coordinating with the project engineering team to ensure the project is executed according to the details outlined in the quotation
- Performing other assigned tasks as required
- Inspecting roofs, walls, floors, and all related areas
- Preparing inspection reports and Quotation Template (QT) documents
- Participating in project handovers with the sales team and explaining project details to clients
- Explaining project details to Project Engineers (PE)
- Contacting suppliers when necessary, updating daily reports, revenue forecasts, and customer/sales opportunity data
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field in Engineer
- 2 years' experience in sales in construction industry or real estate
- Solid knowledge and understanding of construction processes and practices
- Ability to expand new prospects and achieve sales targets.
- Conversational Middle Level of English, for talk with client and report
- Experience in sales, with proven ability to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Database-related programs.
- Able to work in Chonburi Branch on Friday
- Have own car and driver’s license.
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends (Saturday–Sunday) as required
