<Job Responsibilities> [Sales & Customer Management] - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in the industrial/manufacturing sector - Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions and products - Manage sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets [Technical Support & Product Development] - Coordinate with customers to develop new products and specifications - Provide technical support and troubleshoot product-related issues - Interpret and work with technical drawings (Drawing) [Internal Coordination & Documentation] - Liaise with internal departments regarding customer requirements and product development - Prepare sales-related documents and reports (quotations, proposals, etc.) - Support overall project coordination to ensure timely delivery [Others] - Perform other tasks as assigned - Participate in company activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Plastic Engineering, Packaging, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, or related field. - At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer handling with manufacturing clients. - Knowledge of the IATF 16949 quality management system - Able to read drawings & knowledge of cost calculation. - Conversational middle level of English. (Email and document) - Own a car with a driving license. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in packaging or plastics manufacturing. - PPAP knowledge or experience.
