Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Technical Sales - Provide technical explanations and proposals of company products (car audio, car navigation systems, and related components) to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers - Conduct meetings regarding new products and custom specifications - Handle customer inquiries and support - Prepare quotations and proposal documents - Coordinate delivery schedules and negotiate prices - Provide technical support and investigation in case of product issues (in collaboration with internal technical departments) - Project and team management - Manage project progress, assign tasks, and mentor/train team members - Coordinate and collaborate with the sales team and other departments - Internal and external coordination - Communicate with the Japanese headquarters and overseas Pioneer group offices via email and online meetings in English - Coordinate with production, quality, technical, and logistics departments (collaborating with local factories and engineers in Thailand)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree: Electrical engineer ・At least 5 years of sales engineer experience in the car audio in the automotive industry ・Experience working with car manufacturers or Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry as an engineer ・Knowledge of electronic component design ・People Management experience or project management ・Business-level in English proficiency (used as internal corporate language and for dealing with overseas clients) ・Own car <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in car manufacturers or Tier 1 suppliers (electronic components) ・Experience in the automotive parts industry ・Knowledge of ISO / IATF standards ・Work experience in Thailand and conversational-level Thai language ・Ability to use a personal car for business activities in Thailand
