Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors - Identify, approach, and establish new distributors in international markets - Conduct regular visits to end users to support product adoption and gather market intelligence - Create and present AutoCAD drawings to clients as part of the pre-sales process to ensure product fit and customization before order confirmation. - Travel to key territories including Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, South Africa, Kenya, Morocco, Vietnam, and others - Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and partners - Coordinate with internal departments (technical, product, and logistics) to ensure client satisfaction - Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and strategic territory plans - Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to support continuous improvement - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any field - At least 5 years of experience as a Sales or Sales Engineer in selling industrial machinery - Proficient in AutoCAD and able to design, interpret technical drawings and layouts (2D, 3D) - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Business-level English communication skills, both verbal and written (With report line and international customers) - Willing and able to travel internationally (approximately 2-3 international trips per month) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related technical field is preferred due to CAD requirements - Packing machines are preferable - Experience selling to international clients
