<Job Description>
*New clients 70%, Existing client 30%
- Plan and manage IoT, including site surveys, BOM design, sales proposals, basic installation and troubleshooting. 
- Coordinate projects related to Internet of Things (IoT), Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS), Indoor Positioning Systems (IPS), RFID, Data Centers, Server Rooms, etc.
- Support system installation, configuration, and maintenance in alignment with the company’s core business objectives.
- Design and recommend system solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers for system installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Visit client by own care (average 3 days/week)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 1 year of sales experience in IoT products
- Conversation High in in English, (for e-mail and speaking with Japanese management) 
- Experienced in acquiring new customers
- Experience handling large sales values and communicating with enterprise level customers
- Highly productive communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple emails, phone calls, social media inquiries, etc.

<Personality>
- A positive, can-do attitude is essential success in the CAD-IT sales team.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
