Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Visit existing customers regularly and build a good relationship. - Find new business chances and upsell to existing customers. - Listen to customers' problems about injection molds and plastic injection. Suggest the best mold, mold parts, and maintenance service. - Understand mold drawings and specifications. Work with the engineering team to prepare quotations and proposals. - Visit many customers, follow up quickly, and prepare quotations. - After getting an order, check the delivery schedule and work with other departments. - Keep customers satisfied and continue the business. - In the future, this position also develop new customers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Basic knowledge or work experience in injection molds or mold design. - Sales experience with existing customers, account development, or upselling. - Able to visit customers and do active sales. - Able to travel by car in Thailand. - Conversation middle of English <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Sales experience with Japanese manufacturing companies or business experience with Japanese companies. - Positive attitude toward developing new customers in the future. - Sales experience in injection molding, mold parts, or mold maintenance.
