Job Responsibilities - Ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service - achievement of monthly sales targets as forecasted/assigned. - Responsible for taking customers queries, offering an advice/ support on the products, service and providing of solutions to customers. - Establish and maintain long-term relationship with existing / new potential customers. - Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. - Visit customer for product, service / solution presentation. - Supervising and managing service staff and ensuring that quality and service standards are met, and follow all client service processes and compliance. - Develop procedures and documents to encourage working effectively, problem solving and customer satisfaction - Other duties in field ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ - สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าผ่านการบริการหลังการขาย - ความสำเร็จของเป้าหมายการขายรายเดือนตามที่คาดการณ์/มอบหมาย - รับผิดชอบในการตอบข้อซักถามของลูกค้า ให้คำแนะนำ/สนับสนุนเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ และการจัดหาโซลูชั่น ให้กับลูกค้า - สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน / ลูกค้าใหม่ - เจรจาเงื่อนไขของข้อตกลงและปิดการขาย - เข้าพบลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ/โซลูชั่น - ดูแลและจัดการพนักงานบริการและรับประกันคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการบริการและติดตามลูกค้าทุกคน กระบวนการบริการและการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด - พัฒนาขั้นตอนและเอกสารเพื่อส่งเสริมการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การแก้ปัญหา และความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า - หน้าที่อื่นๆ ในสายงาน
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 25-35 years • Male, Female • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. • Have at least 3 years work experience as a Sales Engineer from related manufacturing. • Have ability to work with team, punctuality, and loyalty. • Have live near working location or be able to move near working location. • Have own car with driving license. • Healthy (Medical Certificate is requirement). • Quick thinking and decision-maker. • Have responsible and accountable. • Good at speaking, negotiating, and persuading. • Have technical Engineering Skill • Spoken and written English is an advantage. • Have experience in Plate Heat Exchangers is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in chemical petrochemical and mechanical engineering is preferable.
