Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Regularly visit existing customers, build strong relationships, and follow up on ongoing business opportunities.
- Develop new customers and identify new applications.
- Understand customers’ production processes, challenges, and equipment needs.
- Propose the most suitable products, systems, and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct sales activities for dispensers, desktop robots, automation-related equipment, and consumable products.
- Work closely with technical staff to conduct demonstrations, evaluation tests, and equipment specification checks.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, confirm delivery schedules, and manage opportunities until receiving orders.
- Share information and coordinate with the Japanese headquarters, internal engineering team, and administrative staff.
- Cooperate with distributors and sales partners to follow up on opportunities and support sales activities.
- Provide initial responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and technical consultations.
- Collect market information, competitor information, and customer needs, and share them internally.
- Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Report customer visit results, opportunity status, and sales progress, and manage related data.
- Participate in sales activities such as exhibitions, seminars, and product presentations.
- Strengthen the customer base and contribute to sales expansion in the ASEAN market.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree.
- Business level of English(* As the company works with a large number of international customers, business-level English communication skills are required for this position.)
- At least 2-3 years of sales engineer experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- A valid driver's license.
- Good interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
- Analytical ability to understand customer production processes and problems.

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Can use own car for business activities
- It is desirable to have experience in specification meetings for automatic machines.
- Experience in distributor sales management is preferred.
