Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- To assist the Sales & Marketing GM in leading and managing the division effectively.
- To conduct sales activities and obtain inquiries from customers or distributors.
- To support distributors by providing necessary information.
- To negotiate with customers and the factory regarding production, payment, and delivery.
- To discuss product specifications between customers and distributors.
- To issue quotations and contracts based on agreed product specifications.
- To control and monitor the delivery process.
- To follow up on customer payments.
- To visit customers, including occasional domestic business trips.
- To prepare monthly reports to evaluate sales performance and gross margin.
- To support the Sales team, coordinate with other divisions.
- Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Sales Support from Construction Equipment
- Experience in negotiating prices, issuing quotations, and preparing a sales report
- Conversational High Level in English
(Communication with Japanese report line, report, documents, and presentation)
- Able to control and monitor the delivery process and follow up on customer payments.
- Able to go on a business trip and visit customers throughout Thailand
- Holds Driving License

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience as a Sales Engineer
- Experience in an Asphalt Mixing Plant
- Bachelor's degree in related Engineering field
- Conversational High to Business Level in English (TOEIC score 500 up)
- Knowledge of Engineering, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Machinery, and Construction
