Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Offer technical consultation on products and services. - Plan and manage the entire sales process, from quotation generation to order confirmation. - Conduct customer visits to gather requirements, present company products, and provide after-sales service. - Establish and achieve sales and profit targets. - Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and effective resolution of customer issues. - Support other sales staff. - Research new market areas. - Undertake other assigned duties as required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering field - Conversational, high-level English (communication with overseas customers, Japanese Management, email, and documents) - At least 1 year of experience in the sales engineering function for chillers, cooling towers, or related products (Fresh graduates Welcomed) - Has a Driving License, Able to travel and work overseas <In detail> - Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Strong drive to achieve sales targets - Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude - Eager for knowledge and enthusiastic to work <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Have a private car - Engineering Background such as VRV, VRF, HVAC, and Chiller
