Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Expand existing customer business and acquire new customers. - Schedule appointments via phone/email using in-house lists and personal leads. - Visit customers by car or conduct online meetings to understand customer needs and propose products by sharing technical expertise. - Develop customized products in collaboration with clients and communicate specifications to the factory. - Conduct market research. - (For Assistant Manager position) Manage subordinates and provide guidance. - Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales in the electronic components industry - Experience in technical discussion and specification coordination with customers - Experience proposing customized or newly developed products - Middle to high-level of communication skills in English for both internal and external communication - Experience managing staff or team members - Own car with a valid driver’s license <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Knowledge or experience in SMT, PCB, semiconductor, or electronic materials industries - Experience working at a Japanese company - Japanese language skills
