Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Analyze and clarify customer requirements including technical specifications and application needs - Review and understand electrical system designs for Transformers and Switchgear - Prepare technical data, proposals, and product presentations for customers - Prepare quotations and support price calculation and price approval - Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing departments to confirm specifications, cost, and delivery timeline - Prepare reports and customer summaries prior to customer meetings or internal discussions - Provide technical support and clarification to customers and sales teams - Ensure all proposal and quotation documents comply with applicable standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.) - Evaluate technical feasibility and requirements before order confirmation - Maintain and update pricing, specifications, and product databases - Not a field sales role (no regular customer visits but may requested to meeting at client's site sometimes) - Focus on technical documentation, analysis, and sales support
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering - Strong understanding of electrical circuit symbols (Must be able to read Single Line Diagrams and Wiring Diagrams) - At least 2 years experience in Sales, Sales Coordinator, Sales admin or Engineering of electrical equipment, such as Switchgear, Transformers, or Power Equipment - Ability to read and understand specifications, datasheets, and drawings - Experience in quotation preparation and cost analysis - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel <Personality> - Good communication and coordination skills - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge of LV / MV electrical systems is an advantage
