Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare and issue quotations for new molds, mold modifications, mold repairs, and part production based on customer requirements - Coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and engineering to review mold specifications and ensure quotation accuracy and feasibility. - Identify and develop new customers, provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring smooth service and issue resolution. - Conduct feasibility reviews for new orders, ensuring alignment with production capability, lead time, and cost efficiency. - Manage and control mold job applications, including tracking progress, documentation, and approval processes - Review, read, and interpret 2D and 3D drawings to understand mold structure, design, and required modifications. - Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying and approaching potential new clients to expand business opportunities. - Prepare related reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and project status. - Perform other tasks as assigned to support the sales and engineering teams or customer needs.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering. - At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Engineer position in the manufacturing industry - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Conversational middle level of English (Email-Report) - Be able to visit clients by company car (2-3 times/Month) - Able to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Knowledge of mold and injection processes will be an advantage. - Working experience in the Automotive industry
