Sales Coordinator (Japanese or English Speaking)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for order management and schedule management
 Issue purchasing order, invoice and other documents related Import/Export
 Input system to manage the due date
 Contact with Thai clients and suppliers in oversea
 Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, 24-28 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields

For Japanese speaker:
 Conversational level of Japanese (N3 level/ to communicate with the Japanese Manager, group companies, and Japanese clients)
 Conversational level of English (especially reading and writing e-mail)
 Having experience in import and export in trading company at least 2 years

For English speaker:
 Advanced Conversational level of English (especially reading and writing e-mail) and must have experience in trading company related automobile
 Strong interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Business level of Japanese (N2 or above)
 Working experience in trading company related automobile

Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri (1-2 Sat/year))
