Job Description
• Make an invoice based on the new order from customer by e-mail or customer's website • Send warehouse a D/O which shows delivery date, delivery time, delivery place, part, delivery quantity, truck size to be used, etc. • Record each D/O into our internal data sheet • Manage delivery timing change (early or delayed delivery) and combination of several orders • Make export shipping documents such as invoice and packing list • Make billing docs for some customers in order to submit the original invoice to their office by themselves • Input in-out records of each stock into our internal stock list in order to clarify the balance of each stock quantity • Check warehouse's inventory report by comparing it with our internal data. If needed, ask warehouse to revise their report • Check the stock level of each part • Confirm the shipping docs such as invoice, packing list, B/L, draft entry, and insurance and If needed, ask supplier or warehouse to revise it • Watch each cargo's vessel schedule until the arrival at warehouse • Check the billing from forwarder such as storage or warehouse handling cost, transportation cost and import handling charge • Input sales and gross profit amount into the designated format by referring to our accounting team data • Attend customer's meeting and summarize the meeting minutes • Other tasks as assigned by management Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (No Saturday Working, can apply WFH 1day/week)
Job Requirement
• Age 22-30 years • Female only • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field • Welcome new graduate or at least 1 year experience as sales coordinator • Knowledge of import & export document • Good command of English skill (Conversational High level) • Able to use Microsoft Office program • Not job hopper • Experience in industrial products / Trading / Automotive is preferable
