Work Outline: Responsible for Sales Coordinator, support Sales function on Water Treatment
Membrane
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with both domestic and overseas customers in concern with Quality, delivery, payment etc.
Issue documents by SAP such as P/O, invoices, shipping documents etc.
Sales transaction data entry
Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
Support sales team in all functions needed
Prepare report upon request from manager
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male/female, age not over 25 years old
Bachelor's degree
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Ability to work under pressure
Have good personality and attitude
Motivated and willing to work in other tasks as assigned
Preferable skills/ Experience
Experience in Sales Coordinator
Languages skills
English: conversational level
Japanese: Conversational Level (N3)
Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 18,000 - 30,000 THB excluding all allowance
