Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate warehouse operations and rental asset management to ensure smooth daily operations - Prepare, maintain, and organize operational, warehouse, and rental-related documents - Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, suppliers, and business partners regarding inventory, deliveries, and operational activities - Monitor inventory levels, support stock counts, and reconcile physical inventory with system records - Manage warehouse agreements and maintain accurate operational records - Investigate and follow up on damaged rental products and inventory discrepancies - Coordinate purchasing and replenishment of rental products to ensure sufficient stock availability - Monitor warehouse-related costs and support cost control activities - Coordinate import and export shipments with logistics providers and relevant stakeholders - Prepare operational reports, including inventory movement, stock balance, returned products, and damaged items - Maintain accurate data in Microsoft Excel and the company system
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Asset Control, Supply Chain, or a related field - Conversation high in English for communication and documents - Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTable, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP <Details> - Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and asset management - Well-organized with strong documentation and data management skills - Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines - Proactive, responsible, and willing to travel to warehouses or other work sites when required <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, rental business, or inventory/asset management is an advantage - Japanese language skills are a plus
